Lucien van Lokhorst.
With over 25 years of international HR leadership experience, Lucien combines strategic insight with operational execution across Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services and Energy, with regional expertise across EMEA, the GCC, APAC and LATAM.
He has led organisation-wide transformations for Emirates NBD/Tanfeeth, RIPE NCC, Injazat/G42 — a Mubadala company — and Bredero Shaw International/Shawcor: designing job architectures, leading post-merger integrations, and building reward structures that align with business strategy. He now applies the same rigor to executive search, partnering with organisations to secure senior leadership talent capable of driving long-term growth.
